Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
